My Visit at Parkview
I visited Parkview twice. The first was an unannounced visit in the morning of July 13th. My son and I were greeted by Kyu Anderson, Sales Associate, who immediately made us feel welcomed. Because of time constraints Kyu gave us a guided tour of the building, and we had time to see a one and two bedroom apartment. A second visit was scheduled for July 17th to include lunch and an opportunity to see other apartments as well as to visit the Assisted Living Building. On both visits we met David Gustafuson, Executive Director, who was personable and welcoming.
The atmosphere at Parkview was friendly and wholesome. On the first visit two ladies stopped to speak to Kyu and, recognizing that we were visitors, began to tell us how much they liked living at Parkview. At lunch one of the residents sat with us and shared her enthusiasm for her present home. Our lunch was delicious, chosen from many choices, and served in restaurant style.
Parkview seems to offer a comfortable, friendly place to call home in a community of people who care about others. I enjoyed my visit and am considering a move there in a year or so.
