Parkview’s Executive Chef, Russell Shields, presented a cooking demonstration for the Frisco Senior Center on Tuesday, showcasing 4 of his most popular salads and sharing stories about his 8 years at Parkview and our dynamic dining program. Russell finished the day by serving one of his specialty desserts, a Raspberry Chocolate Mousse with Graham Cracker topping and provided his guests with recipes to take home for the Buttermilk Chicken Salad, 12 Superfood Salad, Southwest Salad and tasty Sweet and Spicy Summer Salad.
